At N1NETY91 Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Have original tags attached (if applicable)
- Be free from stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed products
- Personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@n1nety91.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you experience any of these issues.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
